Electrical work undertaken I was asked to first carry out an electrical audit in accordance with ISO 13297, on this Princess 45, moored at Penton Hook Marina in London. Following on from the electrical audit, I carried out extensive electrics work as a marine electrician. This began with correctly sizing and fitting over current protection, replacing corroded cables and repairing loose terminals. Further work comprised fitting new remote contractor key switches, a new negative busbar, installing a second chart plotter and making 240v AC cables safe.
